Request for Pricing Issued 1.26.2026
The LEADER Foundation, a Texas 501(c)(3), has formally submitted a solicitation for a Request for Pricing (RFP) for statewide well P&A and site remediation for the calendar year 2026. All qualified subcontractors and vendors are invited to participate.
Solicitations are due February 11, 2025 at 5:00pm CST.
To submit a quote to the LEADER Foundation please download the LEADER Vendor Bid Pro-Forma.
In your submittal email, please use the subject line “(Your Company Name) 2026 Pricing Sheet” and include the following information in the body of the email:
Bidder’s correct legal entity name
Vendor ID#
Full business address including County
Name of the authorized representative, including title, email and phone
Statement if Bidder is a considered a Small Business as per Texas CPA; not a requirement to be an approved bidder
Statement if Bidder is an active HUB (Historically Underutilized Business); not a requirement to be an approved bidder

HSE statistics for the last three (3) years
